In Cecino, a village of noble families since ancient times, we propose historical villa of the Counts Federici (noble heirs of Federico Barbarossa).
We are located a few kilometres from Lake Garda, in a village nestled between meadows and mountains, where the tranquility and the view always offer exciting scenery.
The villa is arranged on several levels, as the architecture of the time foresaw.
On the ground floor, through the main door bearing the noble coat of arms of 1723, there is access to the courtyard that overlooks three large rooms, suitable as sheds and/or cellars. The characteristic colonnaded portico makes these spaces easy to live in.
The first floor is characterised by the vaulted ceilings.
The entrance overlooks the street that passes on the other side of the house with respect to the courtyard.
The wide corridor leads on one side to the dining room and the old kitchen with the wood burning fireplace and on the other side to the large service room with the laundry corner and another wood burning fireplace.
On the second floor there is the area of the newest house. Here we find the living room with the kitchenette, three bedrooms and the bathroom.
The attic is divided into three areas, all overlooking the loggia. From here the view is really fabulous.
This is the ideal house for those who intend to buy not only a house, but also a piece of Italian noble history.
